This Home Instead Senior Care franchise office has been run by the same owner / Administrator since January 1, 2003.  We love our clients and caregivers and have an excellent reputation within the senior care community.  We currently employee approximately 40 CAREGivers and service 40 Clients in the Carrollton and Irving areas of Dallas.  We utilize many automated systems for scheduling, payroll and invoicing which makes managing this amount of people with a small administrative staff possible.  If you are passionate about helping others, enjoy doing something different every day, have exceptional organizational skills and want to be part of taking this small business to the next level, this position is for you!  
 
Objective:
The Small Office Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties in the daily operations of this small, Home Instead Senior Care franchise office.    
 
Primary Responsibilities:                                                                               
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter the information into the software system and work with Franchise Owner to communicate and prepare for the Care Consultation.
  • Interview, hire and train new CAREGivers. 
  • Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis with an emphasis on creating high quality matches/extraordinary relationships.
  • Process Client Invoices and submit CAREGiver payroll
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in the software system
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, CAREGivers and clients.
 
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a complete Client Service Schedule
  • Participate in CAREGiver meetings
  • Maintain accurate CAREGiver availability information.       
  • Increase client loyalty to Home Instead Senior Care by utilizing the consultative sales process to better meet our current client needs.
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance/increase quality care.
  • Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary
 
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Senior Care industry 
  • Office management 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional technical skills including Microsoft Office 
  • High School Diploma required
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Live within 20 miles of our office in Addison, TX
