The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance across the property including basic painting, plumbing, kitchen equipment repair, and maintenance work.  The property includes 92 cabins, 34 tent sites, 97 RVs, 40 camper cabins, a lodge with a restaurant, kitchen, and 2 retail outlets.

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
• 1 year previous maintenance experience
• Valid US Driver’s License

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required: 

• Previous experience in maintenance in a hospitality setting
