Site Superintendent

Aerotek is now hiring a Site Superintendent for a large and reputable company. Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain project costs
• Support Project Manager, Foremen, and leadership as well as other team members
• Oversee health and safety activities, and make adjustments or address issues as needed
• Work with PM with scheduling and controlling resources
• Oversee quality control through all phases of projects
• Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required content of bids and estimates
• Quantity take-offs and pricing of self-performed and sub-contracted work
• Develop and maintain a cost database
• Maintaining client, vendor, and subcontractor relations
• Minor project management as required

Candidates should have the following qualifications to be considered:

• 5+ year's experience as site superintendent
• Good communication skills
• 5+ year's experience working in construction on either commercial or industrial sites
• A proven record of successful construction projects
• 2 or 4 year degree in related field preferred
