Job Description:

         Inbound Calls- No Sales!

         Taking inbound calls for a specific customer about a service

         Trouble shoot and problem solving with customers

         Basic technical troubleshooting with customers via chat

         Representing the brand identity by providing remarkable customer experiences

Requirements:

         Prior customer service experience and loves fashion

         Prior call center experience a plus

         Patience to de-escalate customers and handle difficult situations

         MUST be able to work weekends-NO EXCEPTIONS

         Accurate, Detail oriented and strong data entry

         Good grammar

         Computer literacy and strong computer navigation ability

         HS diploma or GED

         Bilingual Spanish and English a plus!

         Prior Tax office environment experience or tax preparation experience a plus

Hours:

         MUST be FLEXIBLE

         MUST be able to work weekends.

         Must be flexible to work 12 hour shifts between 12 pm to 12 am,  7 am to 7 pm , or 3 pm to 3 am.
