Jr. Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Burns Management is a property management company. Burns is the part of the group that maintains the facilities. They are responsible for all of the General Building Maintenance within the Burns properties.
They are looking for a Building Engineer/General Carpentry helper.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 + Years of General Construction or Carpentry experience-need to be very mechanically inclined. Also, should know how to recognize problems and either fix them or call them in so someone else can fix them. The more experience and versatile they are the better.
1+ years as a foreman or a superintendent would be recommended. These people will know what work needs to be done before it is turned over to the owner.

Some duties include: adjusting doors, performing general repairs to the building, installing door knobs, etc. Need to be mechanically inclined.
