About this job
Responsible to provide homemaking tasks in the clients home to maintain the personal comfort and well-being of that client.
RESPONSIBILITIES1.Performs household services essential to the health and well being of clients in the home setting.2.Observes and reports any changes in patients environmental condition.3.Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.4.Performs homemaker duties as assigned to include, but not limited to: cleaning, shopping, cooking, vacuuming, etc.5.Documents data according to procedure and reports changes.6.Be able to work with clients both on campus as well as off campus.7.Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
