Personal Assistant attends to the personal care of assigned participants and assists in the facilitation of learning experiences and activities according to the participants Individual Service Plan (ISP)/ Individual Program Plan (IPP) objectives and program objectives.
1.Provides assistance with personal care for participants which may include feeding, grooming and toileting.
2. Assist other direct care associates in the facilitation of the participants learning experiences consistent with the ISP and IPP objectives.
3. Assist other direct care associates in conducting activities consistent with consumer and program objectives.
4. May assist in the selection of activities and life skills learning experiences according to ISP and IPP objectives.
5. Other assignments that may need the associates expertise, knowledge or ability.
