Great client in Erlanger is looking for a Sales Rep to join their team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be making outbound calls to a list of identified potential customers, providing information about our services and developing new business. You must have Sales experience, be proactive, and have an intense drive for achievement. Experience in a related industry, such as transportation, shipping, trucking or intermodal is highly preferred.

- Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and communicating via email with potential customers
- Close new deals and achieve monthly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Build a pipeline of new potential business
- Gain additional knowledge of various services and the Transportation industry
- Minimum of 2 Years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience
- Experience can include business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), inside, or outside sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient using a CRM to document sales related activity (such as Sugar, SalesForce, Batchbook, etc.)
- Must be a proactive sales professional, always willing to go the extra mile for our employees and customers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in one of the following industries preferred: Transportation, Shipping, Trucking, Intermodal or Supply Chain
