Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide world class customer service to each customer/patient while continuing to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Handle a high volume of short, inbound calls from patients
• Mainly scheduling appointments with their primary care physicians
• Enter all information related to the call for reporting purposes
• Use dual screen monitors

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of call center customer service experience required
• Proven reliability at previous employers and consistent work history
• Must be willing to commute to Rosemont - public trans accessible (walking distance from the Blue Line)
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift in-between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM, one weekend day will be required each week, total of 5 shifts a week - shifts/days will be assigned, however, they will be consistent
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
• Must be available for training for the first 3-4 weeks on M - F from 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Must be open to making $13/hr for the first 4-6 months, before receiving a raise of $1 to $3 based on experience
