Hiring Multiple Customer Service Reps
Position: Pharmacist
Number of Positions: 27
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Pay: $14.83/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM
Job Description:
- Will be taking inbound calls from both patients inquiring about their benefits and scheduling appointments to speak with Clinicians to employers and health plans confirming the benefits and Doctor's offices for authorizations in order to process claims
- Will be taking calls surrounding behavioral health needs, at times they may take crisis calls and will be trained appropriately to handle those
- VERY fast paced environment, will be taking calls from a Que, ability to toggle between multiple screens is required while providing the highest levels of customer service
In order to perform the job functions the Customer Service Rep must have the following qualifications:
- Verifiable HS Diploma or GED
- Call center experience is not required
- Ideal candidates have a passion for helping others and are looking to get a foot in the door with a reputable company or healthcare field
