About this job

This is a Part-time position that will be scheduled to work 15-16 hours a week.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides Lawson HRIS support with emphasis on maintaining the Lawson supervisor structure, running reports and auditing position data. Creates supervisor codes, adds and edits position supervisor data, notifies new supervisors of course requirement, and answers questions about Manager Self Service. Audits and corrects HRIS data. Runs reports in Excel Add-ins and SAP Business Objects. Safeguards data confidentiality. Recommends process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Work requires a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of one year of Human Resources or related experience. Associates degree or higher preferred.
  2. Work requires knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies and procedures.
  3. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a wide variety of individuals and questions.
  4. Work requires close attention to details.
  5. Previous experience using a personal computer and various software packages such as Windows and Microsoft Office is required.
  6. Work requires knowledge of HRIS systems and Excel Add-ins as acquired through two or more years’ experience. SAP Business Objects report generation may be gained by job experience.
