Sodexo is looking for a Chef Manager for Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA
The Chef Manager will oversee the daily operation of a small but important B & I style Cafe within the Lehigh Valley Health Network at the Mack Blvd Office building in Allentown Pa. This account serves both breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays.
The Chef Manager may be required to work some weekends and/or holidays at the LVHN Cedar Crest operation as directed by GM.
Responsibilities:
Chef Manager will have creative control of menu.
Chef Manager will be accountable to budget.
Administrative functions include but are not limited to; Cash Handling, Employee Coaching and Training, HACCP documentation, Labor Management, Marketing, Purchasing & Inventory Controls.
Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Sodexo programs including SMG, FMS, TMC, Kronos
Position SummaryResponsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.
Key Duties- Executes the culinary function.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Handles administrative functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
