Restaurant Manager - Diamond Belle Saloon - Full-time / Part-time

Do you have what it takes to be a part of one of the hottest spots in town? The Diamond Belle Saloon is looking for an experienced Manager. This is a full charge position and part the management team! This is a 45+ hour per week job, benefits and salary dependent on experience. Responsibilities include:

• Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting associated with shift.
• Consistently train staff in company standards and expectations.
• Solve guest issues in a professional, timely manner.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 5 years of dining room experience and thorough knowledge of fine dining, service procedures, and functions.
• POS Experience required.
• Strong team player, who is willing to ensure tasks are done correctly and efficiently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Open scheduling availability.
• Ability to be on your feet, moving for entire shifts.
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong computer skills.
