Order Fulfillment - Full-time / Part-time

This position manages the flow of all orders through the business starting with the initial receipt from the Business Development Executives and through respective departments to expedite accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

Processes all requests for contracts, game configurations, field trials, conversions and removals for an assigned set of regional customers. Includes order entry, order research, confirming compliance in the region the product is ordered, auditing work and ensuring that the sales order is complete as written or questioning whether order details are accurate for producing the product.

·Configuration for both games and conversions consists of understanding and application of game software, system bases, operating systems, peripheral firmware, Oasis systems software and overall bank set up.(specifically for Gaming Ops products)

·Communicates and coordinates customer requested delivery dates with Service Delivery, Games Scheduler and Conversions Scheduler to obtain proper build dates.

·Monitors each order's progression, troubleshoots issues preventing shipment, and coordinates with internal departments for resolution.

·Partners with sales staff to provide necessary product, manufacturing, customer information, documentation completion and general order management.
·Communicates directly with customers to ensure accuracy of orders, alignment on delivery schedule, and addresses any concerns to maximize customer service
