POSITION TITLE: Non-certified Companion Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); Home Health Aids (HHA) JOB DESCRIPTION: Our certified and non-certified caregivers work and develop relationships with seniors and disabled citizens while helping them with personal cares, companionship, appointments, and chores around the home. We make a difference in people's lives by providing the support necessary to keep our clients healthy and independent in whatever environment they call home. ROUTINE DUTIES 1. Assistance with medication reminders and personal cares 2. Assistance with walking, transfers, and range of motion exercise 3. Emotional support and motivation through conversation and encouragement 4. Meal planning, preparation, and assistance 5. Assistance with cleaning, errands and transportation REQUIREMENTS 1.
