Ford Certifed Service Advisor - Full-time / Part-time

Ford Certified Service Advisor Due to an increase in service volume, Bowditch Ford is seeking an experienced motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders and maintaining customer rapport.
