Job Description Field Service Coordinator Candidate Pool Coordinates, monitors, and improves fields service activities for 16 fitness clubs within central and northeastern WI and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and the organization. Operates on site in an on-call capacity. Ensures equipment runs at optimal levels and performs on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment as well as odds and ends. Not responsible for computer systems and related equipment. Ensures fields services are effective and requirements are met. Documents all inspections and servicing as required. Pre-Cor machine training provided. Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead or direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to Director of Operations. Reliability a must. Professional appearance and conduct required. Conduct oneself in accordance to a healthy lifestyle. Working knowledge of computer Software-Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Applicants must also have excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to constant changing requirements. Physical & Transportation demands: Must be able to actively move through the clubs and offices to work with staff and equipment. Must be able to safely lift 100 pounds. Must have the ability to travel; personal automobile and auto insurance; and a valid driver s license. Mileage is reimbursed. Compensation & Benefits: $12.00 per hour; 40 hour work week, 8 hours/day; may occasionally require overtime.
