Superintendent Chicago-Milwaukee Area Position Description: Manages on-site construction activities and effectively collaborates with the customer, subcontractors and the internal project management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Understand Master Design Build s contract and subcontract agreements. * Manage on-site construction activities. * Understand all the plans, specifications, and details for the assigned project. Maintain a complete set of updated construction drawings. * Schedule and procure tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. Ensure all team members on the jobsite have been trained on the tools and processes necessary to perform their jobs. * Collaborate in the creation of site-specific safety plans. Monitor compliance and performance. * Ensure project quality based on A&P s QA/QC Program. * Collaborate with other departments with the pre-construction and planning phases. Position Requirements: * Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships * Ability to run multiple projects at once * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Detail oriented * Valid driver s license is required * OSHA-30 certifications are required * Bachelor s degree or Qualifying Work Experience * Ability to travel within WI, IL a plus Attention: Our post-offer employment process includes a thorough criminal background screen, as well as a pre-hire drug screen.
