Automotive Diesel Technician - Full-time / Part-time

WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive compensation * Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance * 401k, * employee discounts, * paid vacation for full-time team members Responsibilities * Performs multipoint inspection and identifies maintenance and safety items needed * Diagnose vehicles and identifies repairs needed * Documents services performed to meet GM and North Carolina State requirements * Obtains Labor and Parts estimates * Follows dealership, manufacturer, and state service guidelines * Completes GM required training Qualifications * Proven Knowledge of diesel mechanical operations and DEF systems * Minimum 5 years + of diesel engine experience * Ability to read and comprehend diagnostic flow charts and instruction procedures * Has all basic tools to perform vehicle repairs (GM special service tools provided) * Laptop (to be used for diagnosis, estimates, GM training, dealership DMS will be installed/can be purchased through company) * Valid driver's license is required
