Job DescriptionPinstripes is coming to Fort Worth, Texas in March of 2018!Italian-American, scratch kitchen seeking a Sous Chef to join our Culinary Team!We are looking for talented chefs who have scratch kitchen experience and are comfortable doing high volume. Attention to detail is a must. The Chef is responsible for daily operation of the kitchen, the development of kitchen staff, and kitchen finances. You must maintain and uphold standards of all recipes used in the restaurant and for the preparation and presentation of the menu items.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Organized Multi-Tasker
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Recipe and Menu Development
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Problem Solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management
