Construction Preconstruction Manager

An established, industry leading, general contractor is growing and looking to add a self-motivated Preconstruction Manager to their team immediately. This is a commercial general contractor that serves several different industry markets including but not limited to: Commercial and Multifamily throughout the United States. If you are looking to join a Top ENR Contractor with regional offices in the Midwest and this is the opportunity to do so as this is a unique position to fill within their company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of consistent experience with a General Contractor
  • Industry knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and software knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent to, preferred but not required
  • Ability to create quantitative estimates for preconstruction services
  • Ability to prioritize weekly through preconstruction activity
  • Larger project experience preferred, not required ($15M+)
  • Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction document budgets and estimates
  • Estimating software knowledge is a must
  • Approve project proposals/bid packages prior to presentation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
