Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Description The Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. Requirements * Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent * Have Reynolds & Reynolds experience (preferred) * Have a valid driver s license * Are computer literate * Have great communication skills Job Requirements * Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments * Verity information against invoices, orders and other records * Determine method of shipment * Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages * Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications * Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments JOB BENEFITS * Medical and Dental Insurance * 401K * Weekends off * Free education through Strayer University
