What We Offer * Booming shop - 60+ hour work week * Tenured team * Work/life balance - 8:00am-5:00pm shifts * 401K * Full medical benefits * Paid vacation * Paid training Responsibilities * Writing estimates and invoicing repairs * Determining feasibility of repair vs. replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors * Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations * Assisting customers with their needs * Occasionally maneuver around and underneath damaged vehicles Requirements * Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience * Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills * Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
