Weekend Dealership Cashier/Receptionist (Haverhill) - Full-time / Part-time

Jaffarian Service Incorporated is the oldest Volvo and Toyota dealership in New England. The dealership was founded by Fred and Alice Jaffarian in 1938, and has been family owned for 4 generations. SUMMARY This position requires excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls to the dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination with delight. Responsibilities * Answer multi line phone system for the entire dealership * Process and maintain paperwork for new and preowned inventory * Maintain titles and certificates of origin * Cashiering client payments * Data Entry * Filing * Stock vehicles into inventory Qualifications * Outstanding customer service ability * Excellent communication skills * Outgoing and positive demeanor * Punctual and reliable with the ability to handle schedule flexibility * Able to clear a pre-employment background check * Maintain a professional demeanor What we offer * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Profit Sharing * 401K * Short and Long Term Disability
