Our Owner / Chef is looking for someone that wants an opportunity to show their creativity with seasonally inspired desserts. Additionally, this position will help develop specialty desserts for our catering and private events. We make all of our pastries and breads in-house!

Twelve Stones, is an award winning, modern American restaurant concept with fresh, high quality ingredients used to produce made-from-scratch seasonal menu items served with local craft beers, select wine list and hand-crafted cocktails. We work to provide local ingredients incorporated throughout our dishes. Qualifications:

2 or more years experience in high-end dining

Must be proficient in weights, measurements, math, and conversions

highly creative -- ability to formulate plates based on direction from Executive Chef

Energetic and self-motivated

Positive Attitude

Must be able to follow directions and recipes clearly

Must be able to consistently produce high quality products as directed

Ability to work with sugar and decorative elements a plus

Can work well with others

Proven Pastry and/or bread production a must

Food handlers need to have knives and proper tools
