Service Advisor - Full-time / Part-time

Toyota of Des Moines is growing rapidly and is in need of individuals to fill two positions as Express Lane Service Advisors. The Express Lane Service Advisor serves as the go between for the customer and the technician and is responsible for correctly documenting needed maintenance from the customer and giving that information to the technician. Job Duties: * Greets customers promptly * Obtains customer and vehicle information * Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts * Establishes follow-up time * Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently * Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order * Explains all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications: * Prefer experience as advisor in past but not required * Knowledge of automobiles * Positive attitude * High volume mentality * Customer Service Driven Why Toyota of Des Moines? * 401k and company match * Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Competitive Compensation * Employee Pricing on vehicles Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7- 6 Every Saturday 7- 4:30
