Skip Tracing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Skip Tracing Specialists are responsible for assisting internal and external clients in managing daily operations. This includes the review process to obtain asset information for outsourced accounts, as well as the participation in projects / analysis as needed and provide and communicate performance and initiative. This position requires adherence to complex process requirements and directions. Responsibilities Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes. 5% Process administrative material and tasks. 30% Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and / or financial performance. 20% Relationship with and request fulfillment for internal / external customers. 35% Subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity. 10% Qualifications Education: Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelor Languages: Required: English Work Experience: Required: 1 - 2 years customer service or clerical experience. Experience with MS Office. Good communication skills, Data Entry. Preferred: 2+ years work experience in financial services related field. System querying skills.
