Travel Home Health RN / Home Health Registered Nurse
Home Health RN's needed for a travel assignment. You will be working in a 40 mile radius and will be responsible for keeping the case load up. Responsible for providing nursing care requiring specialized care for mostly geriatric patients. Must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience. Must have a current state license and also have a current BLS and ACLS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Uses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
Promote a friendly environment with both the patient and hospital staff
Uses knowledge and practice in accordance with Nurse Practice Act; Standards of Nursing Practice; Standards of Patient Care; JCAHO, state and local laws; and hospital policies.
Always try to be a helpful flexible nurse as the hospital is in need of someone that is a team player.
