Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling MetroPCS products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue and make additional commission for yourself!Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and identify their needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions
- Maximize opportunities and sell phones, plans, and accessoriesQualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
