Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in Roanoke VA is looking to hire several Customer Service Representatives for $12 an hour.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Musthave good job tenure and quality customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Automotive parts would be helpful, but is certainly not required.
• Call center is also a plus, but not a requirement.
• The biggest thing is someone who is extremely focused on problem solving for a customer, asking a ton of probing questions, and strives for one call resolution.
