A Barista effectively promotes, takes, prepares and delivers food and beverage orders to Caf? guests while demonstrating superior hospitality skills.

  • Accurately and quickly take, enter, prepare and deliver orders to guest according to our caf? standard service sequence and use record specifications.
  • Operate Micros food ordering system and cash register closing guest checks to room charge, credit, card or cash.
  • Be familiar and ready to answer all questions about cooking methods, allergen information, menu items, specials and prices of all items.
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities, their hours and location; be ready to provide information to guests as needed.
  • Ensure all work areas are sanitized and neatly working with all purpose cleaners.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork such as: production charts freezer pull forms, opening, transition, and closing checklists, and inventory par sheets.
  • Monitoring and maintaining a stock of prepared menu items based on production sheets
  • Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed.
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
