The Lead SPD/OR Technician is responsible for picking up and cleaning instruments, trays and equipment, assembling, packaging and sterilizing instruments, trays linens and supplies, packaging items, cleaning and restocking crash carts, delivering and setting up orthopedic and other medical equipment, cleaning sterilizer and work surfaces. Also responsible for overseeing SPD Technicians job performance, solving and identifying inventory supplies for Central Service Department. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. License: CRCST is required. Experience and Additional: 1-2 years central service and instrument/equipment processing experience preferred. Flexibility, Leads team members, Good Organizational Skills, Flexibility and Ability to read, write and speak in the English language fluently enough to be easily understood.
