About this job
This position will have full responsibility for sales execution in local, regional and national large and small store home market accounts.
• Responsible for the execution of all sales priorities.
• Budget management.
• Responsible for identifying and developing core talent, including stewardship of the People Development Forum at the district sales manager and account manager levels.
• Coach and develop a team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists.
• Execute and fulfill all channel, package and pricing plans provided by Commercial Leadership COE.
• Communicate effectively with the Director of Sales on marketable conditions.
• Provide excellent communication and service to customers at the district and regional level.
• Accountable for selling and adhering to calendar marketing agreements.
• Serves as key enabler for supply chain initiatives.
• Drives collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution including sales and delivery route planning.

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Master's Degree preferred.
* 3+ years of sales management experience leading a sales team preferred.
* CMA selling experience required.
* 5+ years of direct store delivery and beverage category experience preferred.
* Experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred.
