PrideStaff is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Associate for one of our reputable clients in Eureka, MO. This is a temp-to-hire with comprehensive benefits available upon hire.
**Great opportunity to learn Lathe & Mold operation!!**
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Transport metal product to appropriate Manual Lathe via hoist
- Transport metal product to appropriate Manual Lathe manually for lighter items
- Remove outer material of product by setting up and operating Lathe
- Use manual grinder to remove any remaining material adhered to metal
- Carefully inspect finished product prior to applying new outer coating
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to carefully audit work and ensure product manufactured in accordance with specifications
- Must have mechanical skills
- Basic math knowledge requirement including adding/subtracting
- Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand up to 8-12 hours a day
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Must provide 2 work references (no personal references please)
