At Home Instead, we take care of seniors who want to stay in their homes, as independent as possible for as long as possible.  We change lives on a daily basis and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person who has the ability to Build Trust, Take the Lead and Share your Heart with our clients.  

Our Client CARE Coordinator is the face of Home Instead with our clients, their families, our CAREGivers and referral partners.  Its an important role that includes conducting in-home meetings with potential clients to discuss the value that we bring to their daily lives.  Once they sign up for services, the CARE Coordinator then sees them through the launch process and becomes their primary point of contact.  It is the CARE Coordinator who is in the home the most and conducts CAREGiver Introductions, job shadowing or on-the-job training and periodic quality assurance visits for a group of clients.   From these visits, the CARE Coordinator identifies new care needs, recommends solutions and makes referrals to our community partners with the goal to provide the most comprehensive and appropriate level of care.


We are looking for the right person to help us take care of our clients in the South Hills of Allegheny County in addition to Washington County.  Do you have...
  • An Associate's Degree and 3+ years of experience in working with older adults in their home.  A BS degree preferred.  Certified Nursing Assistant, LPN or RN a plus, but not required.  Home and community-based services experience (preferred)
