Job DescriptionThe Compliance Privacy Officer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the agency is compliant with requirements of all Regulatory and Accrediting Bodies
- Maintenance (and where necessary creation) of all clinical policies and procedures in accordance with the New York State Department of Health and Joint Commission Regulations
- Completing other tasks as necessary
- Prior home care experience
- Strong compliance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
