Job DescriptionThe UAS Quality Assessment Review Nurse will:
- Perform second level review assessments in the patient's homes
- Participates in training of new UAS Nurse Assessors and in ongoing training needs as required
- Completes other tasks as necessary
- AAS in Nursing
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- Recent QA review of UAS assessments
- UAS Trained and certified, Role 45 in HCS
- Must pass MedReview UAS QA Review test
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work effectively with other staff in a training and leadership role
- Commitment to continuously provide quality services to all customers
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, etc.
