Staffmark is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client in Camp Hill, PA. Must have one or more years of customer service experience; strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to make outbound calls to providers.
Ability to work effectively with providers and employees at all levels in the organization.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of providers.
Detail orientation and accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to speak on the telephone for up to eight hours per day.
*These positions are on 1st Shift Hours(Monday - Friday)
*Training will last 9 weeks
