Float CAREGIVERS - Full-time

Float caregiver position available NOW! Build your own hours based on what is available, a ton of variety and flexibility!!! Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our float team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Previous caregiving experience 
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance 
• Ability to take on last minute shifts
• Ability to adapt to different environments and personalities (may see different clients daily)
• expected to come in weekly to choose your hours for the following week
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a weekend day

We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits.  We service clients as early as 7am until 9pm OR we can service them overnight from 9pm-7am and also from 9am to 9am.
