Very busy buffet restaurant is seeking a management trainee.
Must have a college degree and at least 1 year of management experience.
The right candidate must possess a great attitude, outstanding customer service and a team spirit.
Duties include scheduling wait staff hours, helping cashiers, and supporting kitchen staff if necessary.
Must be able to express oneself in writing and be able to solve simple math problems.
Restaurant management experience preferred but not required.
We will train a good candidate.
Must not have any criminal/felony record.
During trial and training period, the employee will be paid $12 to $15 per hour.
Then the applicant will be offered a very competitive salary after 3 month training period.
