Job Description:

Come work in a fun-filled, high energy environment while providing office support for our reservation centers throughout Vail Resorts.  Our office is just minutes away from Keystone Mountain for easy access before or after your shift to ski or ride.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Process daily reports for ground transportation, lift ticket, season pass and other vacation products.
• Fulfill ground transportation for vendors.
• Fulfill lift tickets, ski school, and season passes for RPOS.
• Act as a liaison and assist with problem solving between VRI Reservation Centers, sales agents, ground transportation vendors, ticket offices, rental shops and ski school in resolving guest issues.
• Quality control reservations for all ground, lift tickets, season passes, rental shops and ski school.
• Maintain consistency in daily operating procedures.
• Assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

• Customer focused and able to solve problems effectively
• Ability to run reports and analyze data.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and computer proficiency - required
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - required
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays - required
• Knowledge of RPOS system -preferred
• Knowledge of LMS system - preferred
• Knowledge of Tour Partner system - preferred
