- Processing bank or loan draws
- Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Preparation of accounting spreadsheets
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist in completion of special projects, as assigned
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Construction industry or related industry
- Experience with Bank or Loan Draws is required
- Strong systems abilities - Proficiency in Word and Excel required
- Experience with financial statements
- Excellent organizational skills and good flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
- Strong written and verbal skills; excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
