International Shipping Coordinator

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an International Shipping Coordinator for a 12+ months contract opportunity in Warminster, PA with our partner, a pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitization.

Job Description

• Coordinate and execute domestic and international transportation.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all shipments through carrier selection and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with all existing federal DOT and International regulations, guidelines, and procedures for export controls.
• Complete and supervise the documentation process including Invoices, NAFTA certification, hazardous material, shippers export declarations, bills of lading, International Airway bills, packing slips, and shipping instructions.
• Provide necessary direction for on time delivery, packing requests, loading of trucks, and safe and damage free execution.

Skills

• Must also have ability to drive fork lift trucks, operate overhead crane, complete packing of equipment utilizing modern techniques for high value products.

Additional Information

• This is a 12+ months contract.
