Responsibilities:

• Ability to cross train into other job duties in the paint department (steel grit blasting).
• Must possess and display good problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate ability to understand and follow through on verbal instructions.
• Must have good hand eye coordination and the ability to measure the adjust application methods to achieve desired results.
• Recommend revision to methods of operation, material handling, equipment layout or other changes to increase production or improve standards.
• Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
• Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules and anticipated delays.
• Read worker logs, product processing sheets and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specification.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have masterful carpentry and finishing experience.
• Must be highly skilled in constructing/repairing frameworks, structures, door frames and partitions.
• Experienced in the installation of molding/baseboards, sheet-rock/drywall and doors.
• Must be able to interpret prints and drawings.
• Must be experienced in safe operation of hand and power tools such as cutting tools and drills (table saws, drivers, recip saws, etc).
• Experienced in measuring and paying great attention to detail (executes work with precision--making certain task/product is completed according to designed specifications).
• Must be willing to do different tasks including but not limited to painting and clean-up of work area as needed.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
