- Exterior cleaning (cage, concrete, dumpster, drive-thru & patio)
- Maintain positive Vendor, Health department and Steritech relationships
- Communicate equipment and facilities needs
- Food Safety
- Coach team to food safety
- Staffing
- Schedule to business needs
- Communicate staffing needs to KD
- Actively recruit talent
