Job DescriptionDirect hire opportunity in Addison, IL for a Sales Support Administrative Assistant for a small office in the manufacturing industry. This Sales support admin will be responsible for supporting the president with all sales customers and administrative duties. Pay: 40-50K Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday-FridayEnvironment-Small office environment, team oriented and multi-taskFull benefits available and negotiable, work/life balance, casual environment and flexible time off. Job Responsibilities:-Reply professionally to customers regarding order issues.-Ability to work independently using good judgment, yet not afraid to ask for help.-Organized and able to multi-task.-Work well with others within the sales department and other departments.-Excellent customer service and relationship skills.-Assist the owner with any administrative tasks such as emails, quotes, phone, adjustments and projects. Additional duties: -Maintenance of tools for quote creation and order entry. Communicate needed changes or updates to ensure accuracy in quotes and orders.-Stay informed on new products and prices. Communicate part and price list changes to relevant parties. Make part and price lists readily available.-Proficiency in Word and Excel is a plus.-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.-Good general computer and typing skillsRequirementsMUST HAVE at least 5 years in a sales support role. Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite. CRM experience a plus.Able to work in small office environment. Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly.
