looking for meat managers for both east islip and east nortport
The primary purpose of the Meat Department Manager is to supervise the selection, pricing, preparation and promotion of designated products in the defined area. The Department Manager is responsible for managing department inventory, in-stock levels, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor and other operational processes of the department to company standards.
The manager is also responsible for cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, including the safe operation of tools. The manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return
Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as a butcher preferred.
