Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Do you have experience in the coated and laminated industrial fabrics industry? AtWork in Radord is currently seeking a Sales/Customer Service Representative. Canidate must have an Associates Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business and/or 5 years experience. Must pass all pre-employment screening.

Job Duties entail but not limited to:

• Compiles lists of prospective sustomers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories and other sources
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog and emphasizes salable features
• Interact  with customers by telephone or in person as it relates to processing shipment
• Track customer orders
• Must have excellent computers skills

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner. 
• Canidate is required to be well organized and have good follow up skills.
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have your  own  reliable transportation
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts
