The primary purpose for the position is to effectively diagnose and repair customer vehicles by providing quality workmanship. This position must complete a vehicle maintenance inspection process on all vehicles based on Motorists Assurance Program Guidelines (MAP). Information must be communicated with Service Writers to prepare complete estimates for customer communication. This associate must be highly motivated with energy to create the best possible experience for customers. This generates enthusiasm with other associates to ensure our goals and customer issues are met effectively. Communicate all standards with the following three things in mind.
