Teller (La Crosse, Onalaska, Sparta) - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals has paired with a local bank and is looking for qualified Tellers! We are looking for Tellers for 3 locations- in La Crosse, Onalaska, and in Sparta! Compensation will be based on experience, and a full benefits package is offered to full-time employees.

Position Summary:

Provides a variety of customer service functions involving the receipt and payment of money in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. Maintains and balances a cash drawer and/or vault on a daily basis. Identifies the needs of customers and informs them of Bank products and service which meet those needs or refers them to the appropriate associate. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures.  

Minimum Qualifications

 Representative I

1. High school diploma or equivalent or in good academic standing in high school required.
2. Customer service related and banking experience preferred.
3. Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude.
4. Must possess effective problem solving skills.
5. Must possess proven planning and organizational skills.
6. Must possess basic mathematical skills.
7. Must possess strong computer skills.
8. Technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information.
9. Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential customer and Bank information.
10. Ability to deal effectively with time pressures and stress that can change hourly depending on level of activity; and ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.

 Representative II/III-all qualifications above as well as:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelors degree in accounting and/or finance preferred.
2. One to three years previous banking and customer service related experience required.
